This policy applies to one-time purchases of Market Sentinel AI report credits. We do not offer auto-renewing subscriptions.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for an unused credit pack. Once any credit from the pack has been used to generate a report, the pack is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or for duplicate charges, unauthorized payments or confirmed technical failures.
Email rzdzzh@gmail.com with the purchase email, transaction ID, purchase date and reason for the request. Never send a full card number or password by email.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment provider, Paddle. Timing depends on Paddle, the card network and your bank. Credit packs are one-time purchases, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
