This policy explains what Market Sentinel collects, how we use it and how you can manage your personal data.
Effective and last updated: September 2, 2026
We collect information needed to provide the service, including email, name and avatar returned by Google sign-in, plus your watchlists, interface preferences, credit records and generated reports.
We use this information to authenticate and secure accounts, save workspaces, deliver reports, manage credits, handle support, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Essential cookies keep secure sign-in and your cookie choice working and cannot be disabled. Optional Vercel site analytics are off by default and load only after you actively accept. You can reject optional cookies or change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the site footer.
We use Google for sign-in, Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting and Paddle for payments and tax handling. Paddle processes payment details directly; Market Sentinel does not store full card numbers. When generating AI reports, the requested ticker and necessary research context may be sent to our AI model provider.
We retain information only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You can delete your account from the account page or contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Transaction records required by law may be retained after account deletion.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Because the service is global, information may be processed by providers outside your country subject to applicable data-protection safeguards.
