This is a rules-based budget plan, not a return promise or personalized investment advice. The index is a valuation reference; execution requires a tradable product. BTC is volatile. Exclude emergency funds, do not borrow; no orders are placed.

Weekly budget = net income × investment rate × 12/52. Base and target weights are identical. Missed weeks are not automatically funded. Reserve includes opening funds and confirmed records only, with no interest.
Rules v3: the full weekly fixed DCA always follows your budget and target weights. Valuation signals only decide extra buys from the opportunity reserve. BTC score = 10% AHR999 + 90% drawdown; NDX score = 20% Forward P/E + 80% drawdown. Higher means cheaper under the rule, not a probability of gains. Legacy records retain their original rules.
Forward P/E→score: ≤12→100, 15→85, 18→70, 22→50, 26→30, 30→15, ≥35→0; linear interpolation between points. These are product-defined bands, not historical percentiles, return forecasts or backtested optimal parameters.
0–55: 1.00× · 55–65: 1.34× · 65–75: 1.98× · 75–100: 2.75×
The multiplier is the total-buy ceiling relative to fixed DCA; 1.00× means no extra buy. Portfolio-weight correction only redistributes extras and never changes the fixed amount. Each asset is capped at 2.75× its base.
Undervaluation extras use at most 15% of the opening opportunity reserve per week. If insufficient, extra targets are scaled proportionally; there is no borrowing, selling or diversion of the weekly fixed budget into reserve. Parameters were selected from a local ten-year historical sample and carry in-sample optimization risk.
